These 5 bedrooms & 5-bathroom property was built in a classical style (early 2000s) and is ideal for any family. The property comprises of three floors: on ground floor a large welcoming entrance hall, leading into an open plan living/ dining room opening onto a South West facing pool terrace and garden area. Furthermore on this level there are two guest bedrooms sharing a large bathroom, and a kitchen with laundry room which have recently been remodelled.

Outside, you will find covered terraces for al fresco dining and relaxing, ideal for hosting friends or just taking in the scenery. At first floor level there are two large en-suite bedrooms with balcony enjoying amazing views over the Vale do Lobo Ocean course and sea views.

On the ground floor:

The large, welcoming entrance hall leads to the air conditioned, open plan living & dining area, complete with a round dining table and eight accompanying chairs. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, a feature fireplace, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English-speaking channels, including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). Patio doors open onto the west facing pool terrace and garden.

The air-conditioned kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including an integrated electric oven, microwave, and grill, four electric hobs, an extractor, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, a full sized fridge freezer, a hand blender, juicer, and an extra freezer. A convenient door leads to the outside terrace. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

On the entrance level, you will find two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and leads onto the pool terrace. Both bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail.

On the first floor:

The stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms.

The master-bedroom to the left, with a super king bed, split unit air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with bedroom four, which overlooks the pool & offers amazing views of the Vale do Lobo Ocean golf course to the coast.

The bedroom to the right is a double room with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with the master bedroom.

Lower level:

On the lower level of the property, you will find the 5th bedroom, which is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the front of the villa. You will also find a guest cloakroom on this level.

Outside:

The south-facing private garden is beautifully presented with faux grass and offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine and enjoy the sunset. The poolside terrace is furnished with ten sun loungers and two parasols. The pool, measuring approximately 9m x 5m with roman steps, along with an outdoor shower. The shaded terrace is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, creating an inviting space to unwind in the warm breeze. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the Broil King gas BBQ is ideal for preparing delicious alfresco meals, best enjoyed around the large shaded dining table with comfortable seating for 8 people.

The property is fully air-conditioned.

Pool heating available on request – 600€ per week.

Maid service is also included 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays and weekends. Bed linen is changed once after 7 nights and towels are changed once per week.

Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
